Cold Weather Brings Out the Crowds: Quebec City’s Winter Carnaval

Nobody does more with the cold winds of winter than the Canadians. And this time of year, that means Quebec Winter Carnaval. Held this year from January 27-February 12, the festive event brought revelers into the streets of Old Quebec to compete in sporting events, play in the snow, and enjoy the annual night parade.
