About 20 community members and almost an equal number of local law enforcement members gathered at Penn South on the early evening of September 30, for the 10th Precinct Community Council meeting—an opportunity for area residents and business owners to hear the latest crime statistics, interact with the NYPD, and voice matters of concern.
